Store Policies
1. Print Directory Purchases
- Receive renewal reminders each year.
- Pre-payment is REQUIRED prior to shipping.
- Shipping and handling flat fee of $15.00 on all orders. International orders will be charged the rate specificed by the shipping agent.
- Purchase orders are accepted from approved buyers
- Prior authorization is required for all returns.
- Returns must be recevied within 30 days.
- Returns and cancellations are responsible for return shipping.
2. Standing Orders
- Orders are shipped automatically each year & receive a 10% discount off the cover price.
- Shipping and handling flat fee of $15.00 per order. International orders will be charged the rate specificed by the shipping agent.
- Standing Orders operate on Net 30 terms.
- Prior authorization is required for all returns.
- Returns must be received within 30 days.
- Returns and cancellations are responsible for return shipping.
3. Online Database Orders
- All online database products will be activated once payment has been received.
- All onlined database products require an email and password to login to their interface.
