Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping and handling is charged at a flat fee of $15.00 per order.

Q: Does Columbia Books have a privacy policy?.
A: Columbia Books, Inc., utilizes the best security technology available today for online transactions. Our server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. Your name, address, credit card number, cannot be read by anyone else as the information travels from your computer to ours. However, if you feel uncomfortable placing orders over the Internet, we can take phone, fax, or mail orders as well.

Q: Are back issues of the directories available?
A: Yes, back issues are available for the previous year only on all print products.

Q: What subscription products are available?
A: Our online database products are available on a yearly subscription basis. Our print products are available on standing order. Those indivduals or organizations placed on standing order will receive their publication each year and with a 10% discount off of the cover price.

Q: Are any products available on a trial basis?
A: Please visit lobbyists.info or associationexecs.com for a free 5-day trial of either product.

Q: Where does Columbia Books get the information featured in its products?
A: Columbia books uses lobbyist registrations from the Senate website, foreign agent registrations from the FARA Unit, industry periodicals and yearly questionnaires administered by Columbia Books.
