The LD-203 Semi-Annual Filing:
New Rules Individual Lobbyists Must Live By
CD/Transcript Package

The Honest Leadership and Open Government Act (HLOGA) already has you tracking contributions to political campaigns, PACs, and events or entities honoring Congressional members.

On July 30th, it will be time to disclose that information in your LD-203 Filing. From then on, HLOGA's radically different take on individual lobbyists' responsibility - and culpability - isn't just a concept.

How can you avoid the very real chance that violating rules or simply failing to make sure donors know (and follow) them exposes you to jail time, $200,000 fines, and career-ending publicity?

Get the CD/Transcript Package for The LD-203 Semi-Annual Filing: New Rules Individual Lobbyists Must Live By. In this vital new audioconference, leading experts on HLOGA and campaign finance advise individual lobbyists on the safest way to approach the LD-203, plus what to do within their organizations to defuse the risk of violations - and severe penalties.

Purchase the CD/Transcript Package and get the all-new information necessary to protect your organization and your members, including:

  • Who is and isn't required to fill out the LD-203
  • What information should be submitted
  • Specific Senate information you need to obtain
